Unfortunately my computers power supply failed 2 days before I was travelling overseas. I took my computer here. I was contacted and was told that a USB port caused the failure but my data was fine. My partner picked up the computer and I found on return all my data was gone. They claimed that I had a virus and they had to remove it and I lost all my data. That was simply untrue. I paid a high price to protect my computer from such things. The old story as they think they know more than you and can tell you anything. Personally I will never use them again and if you for some reason do, make sure everything is backed up. I explained my disappoint to them but never even received a reply.
