They have a great variety of organic vegies and various other products from natural household products to organic beer and organic low-preservative wine. The prices are as good (if not better) than other small organic stores I've been to. The lady who runs the place is extremely friendly and helpful.

Visited today for some presents for my niece and nephew... I was offered complimentary coffee, tea or chai on arrival which is something I've never experienced in any other shop! The staff were all very helpful and were happy either to let us browse by ourselves or offer their expertise if we asked. They have a huge range of jewelery, crystals and all sorts of new age books, CD's and related accessories. I could have spent all day there!!

I'm a semi-regular customer here and I've never been unsatisfied with the food, prices or service. As a vego I've been happy with the options presented each time they've changed the menu. They have tap beer which is reasonably priced (well more reasonable than most places). The staff are lovely and always up for a chat.

One of the nicest restaurants I've ever been to. Also the only Japanese restaurant I've ever been to with a reasonable amount of vego options! The service really couldn't have been better - the only drawback some people might find is that they bring meals out as they are ready rather than offering to bring everyones main out together, etc. BUT they make this very clear when they are taking orders so we were perfectly happy. The decor is beautiful and the staff are lovely. Can't remember exactly how much we paid (the prices were on the high side) but you can be assured that you'll get what you pay for here!

Best chips in Reservoir! Sizes are reasonable compared to other stores and they use clean oil which is very rare for a fish & chip shop in this area. The owner is very friendly and always up for a chat.

This review is for Time Out, Melbourne VIC

Location is what makes Time Out the place to go... As a vegetarian, I can't say that the food options are great as most dishes have meat in them. Do try the fat chips with aioli though! The staff are usually pretty friendly and the service isn't bad in general. The beer on tap always tastes terrible so not recommended.

This place is awesome! CERES itself is really interesting so I recommend making time to have a walk around and look at what they do there. There's not many other places where you can see the food growing and then head to the cafe to eat it! The food is all awesome but I especially recommend the Big Vego Breakfast. Staff are friendly and surroundings are very nice. Great place to take kids!

You have to try the vegie burger (even if you're not vego)! It's actually made from vegetables rather than a processed vegie pattie... Tastes amazing! Haven't had anything else on the menu but service was really good and coffee was great!

Been there several times... The worst thing that has happened was the time we made it clear we were vegetarian and ordered two bowls of soup which we were assured would have no meat. My wife started eating her soup only to find a giant lamb shank floating in it! BUT I'm not saying it should be judged on that incident alone...

A typical experience for us has been walking in and standing there wondering if we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated... We try and make eye contact with the staff and say hello but they ignore us (or just say hi) and storm past as if they are in a hurry to get somewhere (they are usually not very busy at all). A couple of times there has been someone behind the counter seemingly doing nothing but not in any hurry to help anyone.

The last time we (eventually) ordered nachos and were fairly disappointed with the outcome. We have had a couple of okay meals there but definitely nothing special. The only thing that is consistent is the bad service.

Lived across the road for 1 year and my friends have lived there every since... Suffice to say I'm a regular. The best fish & chips (& potato cakes) in the northern suburbs! Prices are probably about the same as your average corner fish & chip shop but if they get to know you, I think they tend to give you a fair bit more.
