I called Tooth's Plumbing to repair several leaks that had developed in my bathroom. The woman who answered the call was rather abrupt and off putting, but the actual response time and service from the plumber was excellent. He arrived later that same evening on his way home, to assess what was required. He was able to offer a reasonable price and proceeded to complete the work within half an hour, so no need to reorganise schedules to accommodate a return visit. He tidied up on completion of work and left his work area spotless. Fabulous service. Don't let the initial phone call put you off as the plumber himself is a lovely person.

Spent over five years with TPG, why??
Continuous connection problems, drop outs, long wait times for support. A regular pattern of connection issues that went on and on and on until I braved their support line for a half hour to be told nothing wrong with my connection. But for some reason the issues would be resolved within ten or so minutes after my call, only to resume again in a few days.

I churned to Internode from TPG two years ago and haven't looked back. After five years of weekly drop outs and exceptionally poor service with TPG, Internode is a dream. I have not experienced any issues at all, good old fashioned quality service. I have not needed to call support since connection. Everything just works. $40.00 for 5Gb, invoiced monthly. No contracts, heaps of free unmetered content. Very happy thank you Simon.

When my car was due for a general service I called Active Auto to make a booking. The young man I spoke with offered to collect my car in the morning and returned it that afternoon. He was punctual and courteous. The easiest service I have arranged for my car. Very happy with the work and the cost!

This was our first visit for dinner. I have previously lunched at Mash and thought highly of the food, service and atmosphere. On this occasion we arrived just prior to dinner time to asked if there were any tables available for an early meal. We where advised that we were too early for dinner and to come back in 10 minutes. On return we were told they may not have any tables available - so why not tell us that when we first arrived?. When finally seated outside, the food was fabulous, but the service remained patronising. A party of over twenty people arriving did not delay our meals however all 20 diners converged on the front lawn to smoke. This made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. Staff did not intervene and all diners seated outside began muttering about their discomfort. A rather disappointing experience overall as I have dined at Mash on other occasions (without child in tow) and have received excellent service.

A party of four, we went to Razz during a quiet time and waited over 30 minutes for service. The staff were surly, the food very mediocre.
We tried again six months later and had a similar experience - how have they managed to win so many awards?

A wonderfully refreshing shop to browse for that hard to buy for person, or a treat for yourself. A huge selection with great variety. Always something new whenever I pop in on my way past. The staff are chatty and happy to help with choosing presents. Prices suit all budgets.

The produce is fresh and competitively priced. A good variety of salads offered for take away makes an ideal lunch on the run. Produce is competitively priced. An enjoyable places to quickly collect fresh vege for dinner without tackling the queues in the supermarkets.

Fantastic Preschool/Daycare centre based in a suburban house that has been converted for preschool. A family run business that treats your children as though they are family. Well balanced, healthy, freshly prepared/cooked meals each day. My child loved going to Day care at Little Munchkins and still asks to return to visit Con and Dagmar after a year at school. The atmosphere is calm, with the kids happily involved in a range of activites.
