Wanting to purchase an engagement ring, and wanting the experience to be not only enjoyable but memorable also. I walked in and was instantly welcomed with a very genuine and warm smile and felt instantly at ease. The range of rings was fantastic and I loved that they happily bought out lots and lots of trays to view and I didn't in anyway feel like my every move was being scrutinized. Since they design and manufacture on site, it was great to meet the designer of the ring I finally chose. The ring also needed altering to enable a wedding band to sit flush against it and they did it all inclusive of the price and the same designer made my wedding band also so the two fit together perfectly. I am also able to drop in whenever I'm passing and they will clean both rings free of charge and I love feeling so welcome the minute I walk into the store. I have had so many compliments and I'm really proud to recommend them. I could not speak highly enough not only of the service received but their range is the best I have seen

Purchasing a wedding gown is one of the most important purchases of a girls life and I really wanted something stunning and for the fit to be second to none. I was particularly keen on a beautiful finish and wanted it to be a really enjoyable experience also. I went to Galleria Couture not only because of their beautiful range of gowns but word of mouth recommendations were very positive. The experience for me however was not the enjoyable one that I really wanted. I found that I was not listened to and from one appointment to the next, things that were going to be done were not done to the understanding that my bridesmaid and I had. When I tried to explain that things were not as we had previously discussed, I was 'shot down in flames' and it was interpreted as us being overly fussy and not trusting what they were wanting to achieve. At every point I felt that I was not being listened to and if I wanted anything different to what they wanted, I was being 'fussy' and was told to 'just trust them'... In the end, I felt bullied and ripped off. The payment initially is a standard deposit amount and then, depending on lace etc. the final price is only told on the day of collection. I felt that if I complained or 'rocked the boat' too much, the price would go up accordingly, I was VERY annoyed that a set price was not given and I was paying for them to tell me what to have, not the other way round. My overall impression is that they are taking on too much work for too little resources to cover it all. Additionally, since no notes/information is taken during the appointment, it's no wonder that miscommunication occurs and when it does, I was always the one who was mistaken and who had 'not listened'. It seemed that we were always being accused of not listening and it made me angry that it was never even entertained that perhaps they had made the mistake or had misunderstood.
