Teresa was so professional and the only massage therapist I have ever been to who solved my problem of unexplained fluid retention. I have seen several people over the years for so called "lymphatic drainage" therapy with no result until I saw Teresa. Her application of the Vodder technique worked miracles on me - even at 9 months pregnant I saw my swollen feet improve and then disappear after 10 YEARS of unresolved swelling! After a few regular visits my body has adapted to doing it for itself FINALLY! Her knowledge on these matters is absolutely amazing and she goes above and beyond to assist you and follow up with extra info. I can't thank her enough.

I started coming to Tempo a couple of years ago after my I became unhappy with my other hairdresser. These girls are fantastic, they fixed the colour I had been unhappy with for months in one visit. They always manage to fit you in and Kelly even gave me a present when I had my baby last year.
Highly recommended.

We spent a great day at Mogo Zoo when traveling between Jervis Bay and Narooma. The animals are nice and close and the Keepers are genuinely interested in talking to you about them. It is really obvious they care a great deal about the animals, which is the most important thing to me.

This place started out terrific but has gone downhill a lot since it was opened. We used to go there heaps and yes the servings are fast and really big.
The last time we ordered there was take away we had to return the seafood fritto misto. It was so dark coloured and dry. We at first thought that it was burnt but you could actually tell the oil was really old and dirty that it discoloured all the seafood. Tasted awful and dry.
When we returned the food we were given a replacement that was exactly the same - really disappointed that it ruined a meal at home with a few family members over. I sent an email to the restaurant on their feedback site and got no response.
The pizzas are great value but hit or miss lately also, the last lot we bought were dry and quite overdone on the bottom and edges. The meals are cheap and would be great value if the quality returned to how it was when the restaurant opened....

After we were promised our couch delivery within 2 days we found out that it wouldn't be and were left hanging with no one taking any responsibility for it. Finally we were told it would be delivered weeks later and took the morning off.
A truck arrived but it was to pick up a coffee table?!
Really annoyed by now I tried to contact ANYONE to help me, but there is no customer service.
The only way to communicate is through a form on the web, and a year later I still haven't seen a reply.
When the couch arrived 4 weeks later it was the wrong colour and we were basically told there was nothing they were prepared to do about it.

Absolutely disgraceful and customer service is non existant.
