I ordered 2 items from their online store to be delivered directly to a friend as a birthday present. The next day they emailed me to tell me that one of the items was not in stock but that they had replaced it with a different item for free and shipped the order. As this was for a gift I am extremely disappointed that they did not contact me first to allow me to select another gift, but instead just sent off another item I had not selected. Will not be using this store again for future gift purchases!

Love it! Food is consistently good, though some dishes a little on the pricey side. Staff are welcoming and efficient, I always know I'm going to have a good meal here and go often.

I went in for a half head of blonde foils on my regrowth, I told the stylist I wanted to got a little bit lighter, a light ash blonde. 3 hours later, my hair had been darkened to my natural light-mid brown colour with a few tiny blonde highlights scattered throughout. After telling them I was not happy and that it was nothing like that I asked for the salon offered to fix it the day for free. After another 2 hours in the salon I now have golden blonde highlights through my hair, still nothing liked I described OR like the photo I took in the second time. Not happy!! At least the cut is decent.
