First time I have used Hello Charlie. I rang up the distributor for Bambo nappies after my eco store stopped stocking them. The saleswoman was very helpful and gave me many options, discussed prices with me and then told me about Hello Charlie. She also told me they were having a sale but were closing down for Christmas that day so advised me to place an order quickly if I wanted them delivered before Christmas. I went online and discovered other ranges of Bambo nappies I didn't know about. I noticed the website had a pop up box to get instant online help. I have never used something like that before and was sceptical about how quickly I would get a reply. To my pleasant surprise I got an instant reply that completely answered all my queries and was friendly. I was very happy. Best of all my nappies were delivered the very next day. The price of nappies was even cheaper than my local eco shop (which up until then had been the cheapest I had ever seen them) and delivery was free. Best of all it's another easy purchase I can make without going out (I'm a mother of four). Couldn't be happier or more satisfied. Thank you!

I have visited all three Jasper stores (primarily Chadstone regularly). They have one the best range of toys in Melboune, toys that are intelligent, educational, beautiful and quality - for all ages (I have 6mth 10yo and 12yo children). I will continue to buy from them as they range is amazing and I would much rather buy quality wooden toys for my children than 'good' plastic toys which cost almost as much. However, their service is a bit lacking. I have found one or two staff members beautiful and helpful and I have found others to be rude. If Jasper's staff is a reflection of the owners attitudes, then they need to rethink a softer, kinder approach (and train their staff accordingly) because they have a fantastic business and I know other small toy stores that face the same challenges and are run by friendly and open people.

The convenience, value for money and very friendly accommodating service makes my life so much easier and enjoyable. After two years I still love receiving my weekly order and have referred many friends and family.
