I have taken both our pets to the Animal Emergence Service at Underwood and have been generally pleased with the service on all occasions. It is great to know we have veterinary services so close if needed in an emergency. The costs are high but I wouldn't expect them to be any less when they are offering their services after hours, and the staff always offer a fairly accurate estimate of treatment costs prior to admitting the pet. My only complaint would be that one of the vets was a little arrogant - just a personality thing that I found a little off-putting but nothing major. He was also quite rushed in his approach to seeing our cat on two occasions (admittedly he may have been busy with other emergencies).

Excellent food but the service is not great. Very slow... meals take a long time to come out. Lots of young staff working who don't really seem to care too much about being friendly. It would be nice to get to know the owners - see some regular faces. The fantastic food is really the only reason we keep going back, despite the average service.

I have dealt with Almond Tree Frames many times, as a wholesale customer. Their products are beautiful but unfortunately, customer service is not fantastic. They have been very slow to respond to emails and phone messages. Some errors have been made on orders, but soon rectified thankfully. Turnaround time on orders is generally quite disappointing because items are not supplied within the expected time frame on most occasions. Sadly, I am in two minds about dealing with this business in the future.

I have ordered some products from this wholesaler a couple of times, for my business. I am sorry to say that the experience has been very disappointing.

The service is very slow (turnaround times are longer than expected) and no-one ever seems to answer the phone when I call with an enquiry. I leave messages and do not receive a phone call in response. I have tried several emails and do get a response most of the time, but the response times are very slow.

Goods in our last order arrived damaged due to poor packing - no precautions were taken to ensure the items arrived in tact. When I addressed this with the company, the response was quite disappointing.

I am very sorry to say that I do not recommend this business and will not trade with them again.

This is a good Sushi restaurant... I have eaten here several times. Usually a good variety on the 'train' and prices are good too (definitely cheaper than other businesses of this kind).

Great food, great service. Our meals were ready very quickly and were excellent quality. The staff were very pleasant. Prices were a little higher than other pizza/pasta restaurants I have dined at, so I wouldn't visit here as often. However, once in a while - no problem.

I have been taking my pets to this vet for the past few years. The staff are very competent and the service is generally very good. Sometimes the vet nurses are a little rushed on the phone when you call, but they are usually very busy so I can understand that they may be under pressure (can often hear lots of noise and activity in the background).

The price of some of their products (eg flea/worm prevention etc) is a little higher than at general pet stores I have compared it to so I don't always buy these products at the vet, depending on time/convenience.

Their puppy preschool program was also quite good - we participated about 3 years ago.

Have purchased several items from this business over the past year or so. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer good advice from their genuine experience of the products they sell. Their regular mailouts are great - always interesting to have a look at.

We dined at this restaurant for the first time recently and were very impressed with the friendly and enthusiastic staff. There was one young teenage boy in particular, whose name I can't recall - he was particularly impressive in the way he spoke with us - it was very refreshing.
Although it took a little longer than we would have liked for our meals to come out, when the food arrived, it was very nice. It was a very busy Friday night, so this may have had an impact on the timing of the food. Overall, a good experience and I plan to visit again.

Best Chinese food ever, and cheap! This family business is nothing flash to look at, but the food is great and the service is friendly. The owner often gives us small discounts or freebies, as we are regulars. She knows how to look after her customers. Dine in (very casual) or take away.
