Quick response but exceptionally poor customer service & absolute rip off.

Operating under at least three different brand names on Google - antennainstallationtoday.com.au + antennaservicetoday.com.au + antennatoday.com.au

The young lads they sent round were rushed, misquoted, displaced tiles on the roof before massively overcharging (no 30% discount as advertised online + antennas between $490 and $690(!) + $300 labour) and then left their trash in the carport.

Had to call the office for them to send someone out to replace the moved roof tiles, new technician advised we had been overcharged and should be getting some money back - I just needed to call the office.
The office then advised the 30% was built into their rip off pricing and has refused to answer any further emails or messages since.

Absolute rip off. Beyond poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I emigrated to Melbourne from the UK in September 2013. When I required some emergency dental work to be done on a broken tooth I called several dentists (from Medibank's Preferred Providers List) and was met with three month waiting lists at most places. When I called Devon Street they were friendly, helpful and able to see me the same day. Now, I'm not really a fan of visiting the dentist but the place was easily accessible near the center of Croydon, with free parking opposite; receptionist was friendly and the dentist talked me through all that he was doing, taking me to see the X-rays, pointing out what work was required where and the procedure that he would be following. The room and equipment were spotless and sterilized between patients and there is a flat screen TV with subtitles attached to the ceiling above the chair to help distract/take your mind off what they are doing to your mouth. They really put me at ease and that they have a HICAPS machine mean that I was only required to pay the gap on my treatment, ensuring I did not have go through my insurance provider to claim back the money and was not out of pocket. As I have not visited any other dentists in Australia I cannot comment on how expensive/cheap their services are, but have felt like I have got a good deal on the work I have had done.
They are one of the best dentists I have visited and would happily recommend them to anyone.
