This company simply does not provide good value for money. They charged in excess of $200 for a domestic job that should've taken no more than half an hour. They did the barest minimum work, and made no attempt to help solve ongoing problems. In future, I'll go back to using independent electricians sourced from the local paper, rather than relying on these chains, that seem more interested in covering their corporate overheads.
