This Malaysian & Chinese little restaurant is not a place that you would dress up, but the food never disappoints you. The food is reasonably priced and the lunch menu is even more of value than food court in shopping centres. This is a go-to restaurant for Malaysian Chinese in eastern suburbs. This place is particularly busy on weekend evenings and pre-booking is recommended.

The restaurant is now having a fresh look after rennovation. It has also provided a kid playing area so it caters to families as well.

The food is tasty, plate presentation is appealing and serving size is good. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. The seniors menu is of particularly value. If you have shop-a-docket 2-1 coupon, it is even better. In conjunction with the new renovation, the customer service is also better now.

I have done both Yum Cha and dinner at this restaurant, now called Crown Place Chinese Restaurant.

Yum Cha is satisfactory by Cantonese standard. I enjoyed the dinner better. It provides authentic Chinese food. The roast pork belly is considered one of the best in eastern suburbs. The live fish is reasonably priced. The cash discount items are particularly of value. Customer service is reasonable for the sort of money paid.

We recently went to this restaurant several times. Each visit never disappointed us. The food and portion were good. The service was excellent, asking us how we were going a couple of times during our meal. The Saturday evening life music performance added fun and value to the dinner.

Benn and his team initially installed the split system for us, a job well done. Out of this job, they found that our fuse box was out of date without safety switch. For safety and for additional powepoints in the future, Benn advised through subsequent email that our switch board needed to be upgraded.

Today the new switch board and two additional powepoints were installed. Benn offered me a very special price. The job was performed professionally.
