Aitken's Property Management team is just fantastic. I worked as a Property Manager myself, but I've never encountered an office that took such care and time with their tenants – certainly unique, considering it's usually the landlords that get all the pampering (although I'm sure they are looked after too!)
Nick and Anne are incredibly efficient with their communication and availability, always answering the phone and responding to messages really quickly. They are also approachable and genuinely friendly people - I never hesitate to ask them a question or let them know when something needs doing because I know they will act quickly without the attitude and judgment that many renters are subjected to.
I would find it extremely difficult to rent through another agency now, as I'm used to the excellent standard of service that Aitken's offer - I will stay as long as I can and recommend them to anyone
