My wife and I recently entrusted the sale of our two bedroom unit in Cheltenham to Steve Aitken of Aitken Real Estate and our experience with Steve exceeded our expectations. From the outset, Steve Aitken and Craig Ruby were honest and accurate in their appraisal (which also happened to align with our own expectations).

Selling off the plan was never going to be an easy task (especially in a difficult market) as it takes a big leap of faith for a buyer in this situation, however the guys took it on with enthusiasm and went to great lengths in assisting potential buyers to fully visualise the finished product. We sold our home in McKinnon using Aitken's. What we particularly liked was the relaxed and no pressure approach they have to the selling and negotiation process. The "Jenman Method" they employed certainly suited us and we particularly appreciated that we did not have to undertake significant changes to our house for the sale or overly disrupt our lives in the process. The timeframes and outcomes achieved were both very reasonable. As a lawyer and academic working in the area of dispute resolution I also appreciated the negotiating skills that Steve and his team bring to bear as well as how they involve and empower you in the process.
