Very impressed with the customer service at Direct Pet Supplies. Particularly when my first order had the owner personally email me with an update. I've now learnt it's not worth my time travelling to traditional pet stores (and risk being out of stock). I highly recommend Direct Pet Supplies; and their speed of delivery is outstanding.
