Haighs makes the most amazing chocolate. My favourite thing would have to be the giant chocolate frogs they last for ages and are so smooth and creamy. Haighs is always a hit so makes a great gift and the staff are always more than willing to help you make up a special selection of chocolates for that special someone.
We have had many fantastic dinners at Red Ochre. They Kangaroo Island marron was amazing. Beautiful view of the torrens and the city makes for a very special night out.
We went here for dinner after getting engaged. The view was magnificent and staff were lovely and attentive. I had the braised lamb shanks which were absolutely delicious and melted in you mouth. A little bit expensive but well worth it for the view.
Lovely Lebanese restaurant situated right next to the lake/entrance channel. The restaurant has beautiful draped fabric hanging from the ceiling and gorgeous feature lights to set the mood. Service was great although we were charged twice. They refunded us once we realised a few weeks later. The food was delicious I loved the fattoush and the Quail they were mouth watering. The meal was topped off with some amazing Turkish delight and Baklava. We have also ordered take away and the meals are quite small in comparison to the ones you receive in the restaurant for the same price. Overall a fantastic restaurant.
Cat Utopia are wonderful we have had out Maine Coon stay there multiple times and he has always received the best care. They have a wide range of menu options and extras so there is something for even the neediest of cats. There is a special play room where your cat can have extra play and cuddles each day. The rooms range from a standard cattery through to a penthouse suite. The staff are always very friendly and attentive.
Byblos has a great menu with a wide range of choices. I have had their banquet before and it was really delicious and contained a large range of dishes for you to try. I love their Kibbi. Staff are very friendly.
Love Najjars and O'Connell St is a beautiful setting. They make a mean coffee and the Caesar Salad is one of the best I have ever eaten. If you are in North Adelaide Najjars is worth a visit.
I recently went to a lunch function at the lantern palace. I was looking forward to it because of the banner out the front saying they had been voted the best Chinese on the Central Coast. I was quite disappointed the food was average staff were lovely though and the setting was nice.
Best fish & chips in Adelaide without a doubt. Often a huge line up but they are more than worth the wait. The staff are really friendly even when it is ridiculously busy.
We have being going to Pacific Smiles Tuggerah since we moved to the Central Coast. They have been so lovely with our 7 year old playing games with her to get her to relax and open her mouth. I highly recommend them especially is you have Private health insurance through Bupa as you get an excellent rebate.
