I had a car accident and my insurance company recommend Alpine Crash Repairs as it was close to my home. The team were great. They were thorough with checking over my car and didnt miss a thing. They didnt treat me like another woman who had no idea about cars, but they treated me with respect and were not put out answering my questions. They also went out of their way to work out a time that was convenient for me.

I have only dined here once with friends and we were very disappointed with the meals. The chicken parmigana was awful. Fortunately 2 out of 4 of us enjoyed our meals. The customer service was okay and the prices reasonable. I did thoroughly enjoy the veg/salad bar though. We might go back again and give it another try.

I love my local post office. It is owned by a family who provide the best service and are always very friendly. Not only are they an Australia Post post office with your usual postal services, they have a HUGE range of jewellery, books, kids toys, gifts etc. and at surprisingly low prices. I especially love their books, titles such as Dora The Explorer and Possum Magic for only $2 or $3 each. Amazing! They are always updating their stock and have a lot of specials.

I have been shopping at Pegi Williams Book Shop since I was in primary school, and that's a really looong time ago. They have a great selection of children's books (and a few others), and they can generally order in any title they don't have in stock. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I always check out their website too for promotions and new titles. A great family business to deal with.

My family and I love Australia's Pizza House. They are open late and they have great quality pizza. They have a huge selection of toppings. Our favourite deal is the medium sized pizzas, there are 5 or 6 toppings to choose from and they're only $4 each 7 days a week. They are fresher than places like Pizza Hut. Great value. The premises is nothing special, filled with video games, but we pick up and take our pizzas home to eat.

My family have been to Collinswood Pizza on several occasions. Unfortunately their quality of pizza has dropped in the past 12-18 months. We used to go there instead of places like Dominoes even though they're more expensive, because it was fresh and simply yummy. But not believe them to be average and prefer Dominoes.

My family and co-workers are a big fan of this bakery. The staff are friendly, but the food is exceptional. They make the best veg & cheese pastys, vanilla slices and lemon slices around. Their food is always fresh and all their hot food is made in-house, they dont sell Villis or Balfours etc. Some of their food is a little on the pricey side, but the majority is no more expensive than other bakeries. There selection of food is also huge. The only disappointing factor is, they are so popular, that by mid-afternoon sometimes you have to be lucky to get exactly what you go in for. There's always at least a couple other customers in there too. But well worth it.

Peter and his team are simply fantastic. They go through what work you want done and explain how they are going to do it (and alternative methods if the preferred way is not do-able). They are friendly and polite and simply do a great job. There are no hidden costs. A great business to deal with and I highly recommend.

I have been to this store a few times for various special occasions. They have a decent range of products for themed parties, but do not seem to keep a lot of stock of each theme (e.g. I was looking for Wiggles party favours and they barely had anything left) and when I asked if and when they were getting more stock in, the answer was "I am not sure", which I found rather disappointing.

If you need party supplies in bulk, such as plastic cutlery, napkins, candles, balloons ... they are a great place to go. The prices are pretty good too, but was surprised to go elsewhere and find the same products cheaper considering how cheap they already were.

Baby Bunting is one of many shops I have been to for my baby needs. The Gepps Cross store is really big and has a massive selection of everything baby-related. Although I have purchased numerous items from this store, from bedding and clothing to bottles and child-safety items ... I definitely shop around because Baby Bunting is not cheap and you can get some of the same products cheaper elsewhere ... but at the same time, the advice and knowledge of the staff is fantastic and worth its weight in gold.
