This is one of the bar restaurant that I often go with friends on Wed. They have special promotion on Wed night for 10dollar steak. It is char grilled and very yummy and juicy, I like the mushroom sauce goes with it. The place is close to darling habour, so it is nice to take a walk after the dinner. Sometimes, it is difficult to find a seat if you go there late, overall, it is a popular place for the local people.

The location is very good, close to townhall. It is a famous tourist spot I guess, as I met quite a few travelers there. Food is very typical pub food. I like the live music on the top floor, but could be really crowded on friday and saturday.

It was a very popular Malaysian restaurant in the city. The roti is quite yummy and fresh, you can see how they make the roti in front of you and while you wait for the queue. I went there around 5:00pm, so not too much waiting. The fish curry and satay was OK too, I am not impressed as I can get something nicer and cheaper with the Thai restaurant. This is a restaurant that you always want to try when you see the queue, but been there done that. If you want to go, I would suggest you get there before 5:00pm for dinner, otherwise You will be frustrating about the long queue that you have to wait before enter the restaurant.

This review is for Madang Korean Restaurant, Sydney NSW

Madang is one of my favorite Korean restaurant in city. It is actually hiding , without my friend introduce to me, I will never find it. I love the spicy seafood rice cake, fried potato noodle (Japchae) there. Although, the rice cake is a bit pricey, but it is indeed so yummy. The seafood and shallot pancake is also a good option to choose.

Make sure you go earlier to avoid long queue !

This cafe shop was a coffee and cake shop before and recently turned into a pizza shop and open until late. The staff is always friendly and the pizza is quite yummy with 2.9 AUD per slice. It is not the best pizza, but it is good for the price and the distance that I have to walk to get some food.

This review is for 85 Degrees, Sydney NSW

85 degrees always has nice, tasty and fresh cakes, unlike other places where you know right after biting in that it has been sitting there for too long. I like the valued Tea set, where you get a drink and one piece of cake(approx 10different kind for you to choose). Taro milk tea is my all time favour! and for the cake, I like mange panna cotta, blue berry cheese cake and mango puff. The green tea roll cake is also really nice, fluff and with the mochi in it. The price is reasonable, with nice service and even nicer cake.

This review is for Broadway Gym, Ultimo NSW

This gym is really old one, you can smell the old carpet, when you enter. The staffs are ok, but the class instructors are really nice. I started my zumba class there, i paid 18AUD per week, and can manage to attend two class, so it makes it to be 9AUD per class. it is worth it to go there just for zumba!

This is the top yum cha place I would suggest in sydney. In fact, we sometimes go there for group lunch. The food is quite traditional and yummy.
I particularly like the deep fried prawn roll with the mayo and wasabi, also the steam prawn/ bbq pork roll. mango pudding and mango pancake is good too.
However, this is not a place that you can expect good service, as it is always so crowded. Remember to book a table, otherwise you might ended up waiting for an hour before sitted.

This review is for Dumpling King Chinese Restaurant, Newtown NSW

verified email - 12 Aug 2013

I went there for lunch special, did not ordered the dumplings, because most of the dumpling they offered has chives in it. I ordered eggplant with rice, it is quite tasty, but a bit oily. It is just disappointing when there isnt that much choice of dumplings we could have.
