I called Michael after another firm had inspected my old ducted heating system and told me it had major problems and would have to be replaced. They quoted a very high price for a new unit. Michael was able to come over that afternoon and after an inspection of the unit, sorted out the problem and fixed the unit for a very reasonable price. He tested the system thoroughly, ensuring that it was safe to use. I was very impressed by his courteous manner, his knowledge and technical skills and his fairness.
