I am quite impressed with the customer service here. The staff a very helpful and always try to locate the best deals for me. I find that they do not push products on me as they have in the past which, I am pleased to say is wonderful. I absolutely hate product pushing. I will continue to do my business at this particular Westpac as I have found everyone to be of great assistance.

I thought I'd try this place out after hearing that is is the only place that is carbon free and there is no chemical smell afterwards. I knew that they would be pricey but, I would rather pay a bit more for clothes that are clean and have a non dry cleaning smell. I was told it would take a few days to dry clean. I received an SMS that my dry cleaning was ready to pick up. Customer service was very prompt and friendly. My clothes looked amazingly clean and had no smell. I was very impressed. I would definately go back here again.

I get my coffee's here reguarly as I love the taste. Their food is delicious and fresh. All the staff there are very friendly and seem to enjoy working here. This place is popular around lunchtime and sometimes you may have to wait a bit to get your food. My coffee is always served nice and hot and never tastes burnt.

It is always packed every time I go here. The staff are pleasant to deal with and are quite professional. The chocolates are to die for as is the chocolate icecream. I do find the hot choccies a bit to sweet for my taste. Overall I recommend coming here for coffees and choccies.

Every time I come to Bunnings in Nunawading the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. They have a great range of products at low prices.

I dropped in to get my hair done for a wedding and didn't make a booking. I got a lovely girl there who was happy to look after me. She was chatty and very friendly. I told her what I wanted and she did exactly as I had asked. A few of the staff are quite friendly and are always helpful whenever I buy hair care products.

This is one of the worst serviced store I have ever been to. Not only is there hardly anyone to serve you but, often there is only 1 person on the whole floor to service. I have found some staff members quite rude and unhelpful, often chatting amongst themselves instead of serving customers at the counter. Many staff members do not know their stock. Not all staff are like this and there are a few good staff members in the store. I refuse to purchase if I cannot find anyone to serve me, I simply walk off. I haven't got the time to wait around. This store used to be my favourite and have found since Westfield re-opened back in 2008 that there are less staff members on the floor as the store has cut back on staff. I feel sorry for staff that are working here as they often cop a lot of abuse from customers complaining about how there is no one on the floor. I have found that the quality of the stock is horrid, they used to have better quality of clothing, shoes and accessories. I prefer to buy these at DJ's. If you want cheap prices shop at Myer but, if you want proper customer service you would be better off going to a speciality boutique where they pride themselves in customer service.

I love everything about this place. Great service, good quality food that is breakthtaking. This place is great especially in summer as it is right along St Kilda beach. I cannot wait to go back again very soon, just for their delicious desserts.

I feel Westfield Doncaster is one of the worst shopping centres in Melbourne. Firstly you have to pay for parking after you are there for 3 hours. Which to me isn't enough time especially whenever I go to the hairdressers and that takes over 3 hours alone. The max fee per day for parking is $30 which, is a rip off. Secondly the parking design is horrible. There aren't many parking spots and terrible to navigate.
There are only a handful of Westfield staff are helpful with queries. Many are quite rude and not helpful. I rang the concierge desk the other day to inquire a number and the girl rudely told me that the store I requested wasn't there. I had to explain to her it was and could she please check. She did find out there number after I asked her to look. The tone of her voice seemed like she didn't want to be there.
There are a few stores worth visiting but, overall to me is rather unexciting. I am hoping that they have some better quality stores to make it worth the visit.

I was recommended by some friends and work colleagues to go to Valerio Doncaster and see Nadia. Nadia is absolutely fantastic. She will consult with you to find out what you want done. She will make suggestions about what colours and cuts will suit. She isn't pushy and will do only what you want with your hair. She is very quick but, meticulus with cuts and colour. All staff there are very friendly and will happily have a chat with you and make you feel welcome. I have been going there for 2 years now and am very happy with my hair and my hair colour lasts for ages. I would recommend people who colour their hair blonde to see Nadia.
