I had 3 different styles of double glazed windows installed just over 1 year ago - several other companies would not consider the specific requirements that I had but Alan was incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and he made it happen in a timely and very professional manner. A few days ago I had a small issue with one of the windows - called Alan - within 24 hours the issue has been resolved. The windows have reduced the temperature, glare and noise in the west facing room. Highly recommended product and excellent customer service.
