They provide banking and insurance work. They are always friendly and courteous. When they restructured their card system they were going to charge people monthly to use Visa Debit Card. I was unhappy about that, they asked me what they could do to make me happy I said - don't charge me. They gave me a new card (no charge) and I don't get charged a monthly fee either!

I go there all the time - they don't mind taking the time to explain how things work or what the best product should be. They recently delivered a fair bit of garden product to my house at very short notice and in the rain - delivery is on $15.00.

At Rawsons the female assistant was happy to show me all the appliances, how they worked and listened to what I wanted to use them for and then suggested those that would be best suited to me. They weren't necessarily the most expensive either. She gave me the pamplets/brochure or photocopied it and the price. I was fully informed when I left there so I could come home and decide what I wanted.

I have been there on two separate occasions now to find some new carpet. Each time they have been extremely helpful, pulling out all the different samples and taking the time answer my questions, particularly since I was looking at pure wool carpet and had concerns re carpet beetle.

They came at very short notice to cut down many trees in my front and back yards. They came promptly when they said they would, re-negotiated (without asking) a great price when I said the quote was a little higher than I'd expected and cleaned up before they left.

Holly & Jack have been going to this surgery for nearly 8 years. They are always treated with respect and like they are little furry people. I have rung many times and got advice over the phone, or they've squeezed me in if the pet really needs to see a vet. They don't charge unless they actually do something, this encourages a person to take their pet to the vet - not wait and see.

I bought my non-mazda car from there in 2001 and have taken it back each 6 months for servicing. They do an amazing job every time, their workshop is clean and professionally run. Recently I rang up on a whim, they booked the car in the next day for a service. I took it down at 8.00 and they rang to tell me it was ready by 10.00am. The cost was what I expected, they told me about a couple of things which will need attention in the next service. The car runs like a dream.

The designer came to my home, listened to what I wanted (not what he thought I should have) - he did make some suggestions which were great, but he ultimately came up with what I wanted which is important. Other designers (before this company) told me I could only have it a certain way and that was that. This company have installed many built in cupboards for me not just in the kitchen. I will be re-doing my kitchen with them when the time comes as well as my laundry.

Citibank Rewards scheme is the BEST. One point for $1.00 and depending on your card - other benefits apply. Platinum holders can apply for something they particularly want to be a 'reward' and then work towards getting the required points. When you use your credit card for every day stuff it adds up very quickly. They have the BIGGEST range of things you can get. You can do it all on the internet too.

Gave me points on my Flybuys card, but you only get one point for every $5.00. They should issue two points per $5 at least, that way it would be a more inviting points scheme.
