Just got ripped by them!!! Took $60 for just 2 mins to tune the trimmer which worked for 5 mins. Had given me 3 months warranty on receipt but when i went back the same day they said warranty is not good as you have carby issue, showed them the receipt that said carby serviced, then they said we changed sparkplug and the receipt has a mistake without looking at the trimmer. They are cheats who don't respect their word and warranty given on paper. Will report to fair trading about their unfair practice

Not happy at all, I paid $249 for opening the stormwater drain, however they were unable to do so using jetblaster and still asked me to pay for it. Drain is still blocked and they have now asked for of $4000 more for replacing a small section of pipe as they can't unblock it. No cctv images have been provided as they said that pipe now has water due to jet blaster.Not recommended, would never use their services again. Best of luck to others who want to try.
