It is appropriate that this is called the bottom pub.
It is a dive. Once it was a dive with some character in. The form of a covered beer garden but sadly that has been converted into a Bistro with a real sterile atmosphere and food that can only be best described as edible.

The staff and patrons are on the rough side but friendly.

I would not bring a family here and the few times I have been over he years I am sad to say the place has only sunk lower.

There are better places in the area.

If you are staying in the Cobram area you could not do much better than having a Bistro meal at the cobram hotel.

There is an internal playground for.the kids that is has a video camera thatpeojects onto a screen in the main restaurant.

Service is fast friendly and the food is good.

They have regular promotions on deserts which can make the entire meal good value.

It was a very nice surprise after several disapointing pub meals in the region recently

I have to say I must have got a poorly trained staff member after reading the other reviews.

My massage was all elbows. I always feel worse after one of these.

Reception looked like they did not know what to do with me when I asked for a massage. Perhaps booking ahead works better but it was spur if the moment for me.

I have not returned and after finding better places I will not return soon.

I have never taken my pets here for treatment but I have purchased food here. I each time I have come with my little girl in the Pram and been and each time orgasm been clear that assistance getting in the door was needed. Both going in and going out two girls on reception just watched me and made no move to help. It was disapounting S othervets have gone out of their was to assist in this matter.

If they were not local and open a bit later than our regular vet I would avoid them.

Having said that, my gripe is with their reception staff not the vets.

I have been using Waverley Hospital for the regular checkups of my two cats for nearly. Decade now. I have always found them to be very good. Sham my wife has to pick up cat food with our little girl they help her Carry it to the car. When we had the pram they would open the door for.us.

The cats have needed a couple operations too. Cost was never a surprise as they quoted accurately and managed our expectations in regards to recovery time.

This is an itallian themes restaurant and bar.

Management have changes recently and they have taken a giant leap backwards.

The first disapointment is that that there was no light beer. There was a mid strength peroni which they put forward as light.

The second was the pizza. The crust elwas so thin it could not hold the toppings. There was no was to eat it by hand.

The service was ok once they knew what you wanted but I had to repeat myself.several times.

Overall a diaapointing night. I will not return anytime soon.

I cannot fault the service here. The optomistrist skills and manner are excelent. I am a bit put off by the way they go directly into sales mode after and whilst the glasses are a reasonable price (spec savers are better) the quality is not there. The lenses are fine but the frames don't last. I am lucky if the nose pieces last a year and the glasses are always too loose on my head.

I would not have known this until I left the area so if you are happy with him from a medical point (and I cannot but help to think you would be) then get your eyes checked there but buy the glasses somewhere else.

I got a few quotes from fleet companies to lease my new vehicle. NLC was one of a couple that had an arrangement with my company so I could also salary sacrifice.

Unlike many other companies that seemed to think that providing information about the cost of the car was some sort of great secret, NLC placed it up front so I was able to tell if I could source it cheaper or not. They were also forthcomming with the term and conditions (something else other fleet companies seemed determined to hide until they made a sale)

NLC also broke down the cost of the lease into things like Rego, maintence, feul, adminstration etc so I could see what they have factored in for each item. This made it really easy for me to taylor it and remove some things that i did not need.
Other companies only gave me a total figure and getting detail from them was like pulling teeth.

Finally NLC took care of lodging the paperwork with my employer and with the dealer I had negotiated the price with. The car arrived in my driveway the next morning.

Overall a very satisfying experience and renewed my faith in fleet companies (after a couple of bad experiences)

I was always surprised that I could get an appointment here at short notice.

Dr Sausch takes great pride in his work and does a very good job.

For example I had had cronic problems with fillinfs in one of my molars. Rather than constantly replacing it as other dentists had done, he looked for the cause (grinding by the tooth above) and dealth with that. This tooth had been filled so many times that it was more filling than tooth, but after Dr Saich treated it it has never needed filling again.

I have only left because the city location is difficult for my family to get to and I am yet to find a dentist as good.

It is hard to rate this practice as we have a mixed experience with the staff. Reception is very good. Greets you with a smile and is efficient in what they do.

The principal dentist however had not impressed us. Each appointment seems to be a sales pitch for tooth moose. Apparently this product (which they happen to sell) will did all the issues we have . My worn teeth (which was diagnosed several years earlier as comming from grinding at night). The line in my widest front tooth (it was artificial, replaced decades ago) the discolouration is a molar (it was a crown).

We tollerate her howeven because the dental Hygenist there is fantastic. They communicate clearly and explain what they are doing and what they have found. They make recommendations on what we can do to improve things and even reported on improvement of previous trouble spots.

We came here because it was in the first choice network of our insurer, however as we are thinking of dropping extras a change could be comming

Approximate cost: $90
