Kilmore Print & Frame was a one stop shop for a custom made 60th birthday present for my Dad. Firstly we had them restore & enlarge an old black & white photo, & then they tailor made a solid frame complete with backing & a gold plate with an engraved message - & he did it all within two weeks & at an amazingly good price. We were very happy with the finished product & thankful for his imput & expertise because what we had initially ordered was nowhere near as special as what he had suggested & achieved.

This hotel is refreshingly small & boutique. It has a quiet reading room & pool room, & you can order drinks from the back bar & hang out with friends out the front. The rooms are elegant & warm, & it feels like you are going back in time when you stay there. We have stayed a few times now, in both the deluxe & the premier rooms - both are lovely. I recommend it if you want a change of scenery & want a more personal experience.

The Edge has a beautiful location overlooking the sunshine coast. Unfortunately, every time we have been there, all of the good tables with views have been reserved, however I've never seen anyone sit at them. The food is absolutely delightful, & there's a great range of choice, and the meals are good sizes. I particularly recommend the lime thickshakes, the vegetarian lasagne & all of their deserts. If you dont mind missing out on a good table for no reason at all, you'll enjoy the food & the friendly waiters who are always hovering.

There's a real community spirit in this shop, the staff are happy to help out & network with other businesses in the area, which goes some way to make up for the exorbitant prices. We often buy flowers for the office here, as they're fresh & last, so we dont mind too much about the price because we know they will look spectacular.

After a few drinks, we ordered pizza's from a very limited menu. They took close to an hour to cook a few simple pizzas, in an otherwise empty restaurant, & when they came out, the quality was very poor. The CBD Cafe Bar lacks atmophere, but a nice place to start Friday night drinks.

We used mint fresh to get our car ready for sale. They refreshed the interiors (the leather seats, the carpets & wood grain - it came up looking brand new). We also had them clean the underbody & engine, respray the paint. It came in handy with picky buyers who were looking for impurities & there weren't any, even when they crawled under the car & popped the hood. Its worth spending the money if you want to increase the selling potential of your car.

One of my neighbours uses Deluxe & the results are outstanding! We recently advertised our car for sale & Sathish made our car sparkle! His service is the complete package - he does it all by hand, & fully details the car inside & out, making it's much more than just a clean car. His van powers all of his equipment, so you can just leave your car out & he does the rest.

I cracked my tooth & called Dr Martin's practice for a last minute appointment. They were so friendly & accommodating, fitting me in the following morning. I was expecting a huge fee, but it was really cheap & over in 20 minutes, & relatively painless. The experience was helped by the fact that Dr Martin was funny, I mean really funny (it must come with the name!), which had me laughing throughout. Rare for a visit to the dentist to be so much fun!

We happened upon this gorgeous shop that had flying fairies & skate boarding witches, & all manner of fun. After talking with the very friendly new owner, we found out that she also does kids parties, ceramic workshops & jewellery making classes. We just happened to be there for halloween when they had the halloween party. This place in hip & fun & really affordable.

Lure is the place to be on a lazy saturday or sunday morning. Their breakfasts are hands down the freshest, biggest & healthiest start to the day. I met a friend there on the weekend & lucky she had made a reservation because the place was full! I now know, book in advance - it's popular.
