Walkers unpacked a storage container that had been packed & stored interstate by another company. They were prompt, friendly & really professional. They were also very accommodating, understanding of the stresses of moving house. Their lighthearted, compassionate approach helped us to feel at ease & relaxed, & overall we were very impressed with their service. They really do care, which is priceless when it comes to moving house.
The best burgers in town, fresh, good quality & delicious! They also do chips & gravy, the old fashioned way - it's total comfort food! Sometimes you have to wait a while for your food to come, but it's worth it.
Their fish is awesome & fresh from the markets & their prices are reasonable. The chips aren't as good as the one down the road, but if you're just after fish, this place is great.
There's a great atmosphere inside - the staff are friendly & it's always toasty warm in winter. However the food isn't good - it's the experience of eating out that makes this place.
We had a backing board custom made for a LED light picture, along with the cord. As it was so heavy - 20kg, they installed it for us, & we were very happy with their service.
Tony Reed gives good old fashioned country service - in the city. He's an excellent mechanic who clearly knows what he's talking about when it comes to cars, & he's always happy to accommodate you at the last minute. Best of all, he's honest & upfront, which for a mechanic, is priceless. He services our land rover & subaru, both of which we are happy with.
We were recommended this plumber by a realtor & we were very pleased with his service. He was on time, friendly & creative when the problem was more complex than we had first thought. I'd definitely recommend him if you're looking for good old fashioned service.
They make the most extravagant home made cakes & deserts & their chicken & veg pies at the best in town. They also bake fresh bread loafs everyday which is a hit & have a sandwich bar if you want a healthy option (even spuds)! I'd recommend you stop in, if you can find a park.
This bakery makes beautiful freshly made pies & pasties. It's a bit tucked away as there is another bakery up the road which is alot bigger & offers alot more, but this one is popular with the tradies. There are always guys in there & if you don't get there at the start of the lunch run, you might just miss out.
I didn't find the staff particularly friendly but the actual hair cut & colour was good. It was very affordable, but the little extras like a blow dry at the end they didn't do. If you want a no frills experience you'll be happy with their work, but if you want to relax while you're there, this may not be the hairdresser for you.
