I read Sam's reviews on WOMO, and everything sounded good. I needed a couple of men's suits altered at reasonably short notice, which he was happy to assist with. I turned up to his shop and met Sam and Grace, and all I can say is that their customer service is amazing. Sam explains everything so well, and performed probably the best suit alteration I've ever had. He explained the costs and why, and the costs were not over the top. Grace was wonderful, and kept my daughter entertained while I was talking with Sam. They run an amazing business that is professional, well run and with quality that is second to none. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Sam and Grace.
