I had a latte and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The coffee was good, and well presented. Staff were quite friendly and brought my coffee and food to my table. The atmosphere was nice, except for the tv showing a morning show or something, some music would've been much better!
The only other thing was the cream cheese was quite sparse and wasn't enough for my bagel.... no doubt I would've had to pay more for extra!
I'll probably be back.

This seems to be a cafe for elderly people. The menu is stuck in the early nineties, as is the decor. The coffee is fine, but nothing special. The thing that put me off was the boss constantly criticizing her staff (quite loudly). I don't think I'll be back.
I had a turkey salad wrap from here on my lunch break. The service was great, genuinely friendly people behind the counter. My rather large wrap was $7.20, pretty good value.
I sat down to eat it and was actually surprised at how delicious it was!!!
So fresh and tasty.
The only thing I would suggest is using wholegrain tortillas instead of white. Despite this, I'll definitely be back!

I had my eyebrows shaped here, and as a first time client, I was very impressed. The girl who looked after me was so nice, and very efficient! She made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
Unfortunately, this particular therapist is moving interstate, but I'm sure the other girls will uphold the standard of service.
I will definitely be back.
I love this place because it's a great bookshop AND a cafe. I can't fault the bookshop at all, great range, and very helpful staff.
The cafe is pretty good, but some of the staff are quite sour. The coffee is generally pretty good, but the food is quite pricey.
I love this place! One of the best Thai eateries in Hobart.
The staff are super friendly, and the prices are so reasonable.
It's not exactly a restaurant, more a cafeteria style place. But it's great for a casual dinner with friends, or take away.
I've been here quite a few times, and I always find the atmosphere to be really strange. There are usually three people behind the counter (one serving, two making coffee), and they just stare at you as you walk in! I find that I'm the one saying "Hi, how are you?". Aside from the lack of friendliness, they can be quite slow, and the shop is very cramped.
The coffee is pretty nice, but I do think they need to focus a bit more on customer service!

I went to Awu with a group, and we ordered a range of dishes to share. The staff were all lovely and attentive, and very professional.
The food tasted fresh and delicious, although the flavours were quite strong. It seems to be a different style of Chinese cuisine, but I quite liked it.
The only negatives would be the limited menu, and the very high prices ($16 for a plate of steamed broccoli).

We came here as part of a short getaway for my birthday. We did the cave tour and we were with just two other people, lucky!
The staff at the Visitor Centre were lovely, and very helpful.
Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and quite hilarious!
We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
After the cave, we had a swim in the thermal pool, which was refreshing and very clean.
I was pleasantly surprised by the change rooms, they were very clean and the showers were nice and hot.
We'll definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed here for my birthday in May last year. We had spent the day at the Tahune Airwalk and had a great time. We arrived around 5pm to a very disgruntled owner, who said he had been "trying to get hold of me". We were about an hour off our ESTIMATED arrival time, and I explained that my phone had no reception in the Tahune area . . .
So he showed us to our cottage, which was right on the highway. The rooms looked great (quite small though), and he rushed through an explanation of the facilities and left in a hurry.
Although he had pointed out the three tv sets in the cottage, only one worked properly (one was only black and white). Luckily we weren't there to watch tv.
During the night, we couldn't sleep because of the tree branches scratching on the corrugated iron exterior of the cottage, and also the trees being blown around by the wind kept setting of the extremely bright sensor lights!!!
The next morning we were unsure when the checkout time was, as no one had told us, and I couldn't find it written anywhere.
We decided to stay in bed because we hadn't had any sleep.
We had a loud knock at the door just after 10am, and a rather rude woman told us to "get out as soon as possible".
We took our key to reception and found no one there, so just left it on the desk.
I definitely would not stay here again, and felt that I had wasted $150.
