Both my friend & I went in for a service & my friend got offered a coffee & I didn't. The girl behind the counter had no customer service skills & set of a rude & uninviting vibe. The workers dress unprofessionally & look like they would be a customer, for eg. in thongs & board shorts. They kept us waiting & did not apologise. They have a great menu with their services but pity about the rest. Having said this, the Scotish worker who did the treatment was fabulous. i would not go back, the owner & the girl at the front need to lift their game & know how to treat customers.

Great Pizzas but that's about all, service is terrible if you dine in. Take away Pizza is yum though. They need to improve on their dine in service.

Excellent Kennel, 5 star. Pets are well looked after & the staff are very caring, friendly & will ensure your needs are met. They get very busy so you must book ahead. I will recccomend this place for sure.

The menu has just changed & is terrible. For eg. Calamari comes with Chorizo & Asian Salad, Chorizo is spanish so why would you have an Asian salad with it, each to their own, another is they no longer have fettucine Carbornara, this was my favorite. I understand menus need to be changed form time to time, but this latest is not a winner for me, bring back the Fett Carb please...

Great food, great service & great views of Melbourne. The menu is very much fishy, so don't go there if you are not into seafood. The one negative about this place is when your seated they ask you if you would like sparkling or still water, we chose still water & noticed on the bill they charged $7.50 each for a glass of water, this was disappointing considering we paid top dollar for the seafood.

I have used this kennel prior to my feedback without issues, but will never use again. This Kennel is a bad one, my dog was sick upon pick up & as per the other writers I also needed to take my dog to the vet. I guess you need to do your homework before leaving your pet anywhere. With this kennel the warning signs were there I guess, you only needed to see the conditions from the outside, they are terrible & god knows what goes on behind closed doors. If you luv your pet DO NOT LEAVE THEM HERE.....

There seems to be a number of staff working here but they do not come across experienced. There is delays with greeting you & taking your order, they do not explain the specials to you & need to learn customer service. The food is very nice so they have that going for them, I guess my feedback is the same as the below writer. If you pay over $30 for a steak you expect the service to be satisfactory, in my case it was below average.

New owners, food is great but service & ambience is poor. Very inexperienced workers. Waiters need training on how to pour wine, serve customers & know their menu. I found they couldn't answer basic questions about the meals on the menu. Prices are high & more in line with a posh restaraunt menu but service, decor in particular the artwork does not match the expensive menu. This restaurant is suppose to be French influenced but did not cone across as such. Eye fillet costs $44 which is pricey but tasty. They also need background music, very cold atmosphere.

This chicken shop was once the best chicken & chips, over the last year it has gone down hill. The chicken has no flavour & the chips are terrible.

Nothing special, dining area decor is dated & food ordinary. Gaming area has variety but they seem to have air cond issues every time, very hot place.
