The rooms have been updated and are modern, bed is very uncomfortable and needs changing. Golf packages are great except for the $15 dinner voucher, the food at the bistro is terrible, chips are dry and cold. I would suggest eating somewhere else. I would visit again but only to play golf.
Approximate cost: $20
Food was nice and tasty and plenty of it. Wine prices are a bit high, for eg. glass of sparkling shiraz $14. We had to wait a while before someone served us in the lounge for a drink as the table was not ready.
The service is very poor, so may staff and all of them are rushing around and not giving you quality time and attention when taking your order. No explanation of the menu or their specials and to get your Bill you will be waiting a while, in the end we went down stairs and got it ourselves.
Approximate cost: $35
Great chicken souvlaki & the yummiest chips, but you don't get much for the minimum price compared to other places. The potatoe cakes are very oily so stay clear of them, other than that the food is nice.
Approximate cost: $20
Food is nice but a little expensive. There is a sparkling mineral water on every table when you walk in but don't drink it if you think it's for free, because it is not, they charge you for it. Also when using entertainment vouchers they have certain rules around it so make sure you ring and ask before going as they are very strict when trying to use it.
Approximate cost: $70
This dealership is so nice to you when you buy a car then they act like they don't know you or are not interested in helping you. The car service area is useless, the staff who work in this area have no professionalism and are on personal calls all day long, you can hear and see it all while waiting for your car.
Lastly, they are a rip off with service costs compared to other Toyota dealers, so you need to shop around.
I was booked in for a 1hr pedicure $75 & 1 hour nail polish $28 with no buff or file.
The nail polish that was used on my toes and hands were good quality polish but must have been old as it was very thick and blotchy. The girl who was applying it was inexperienced. $28 to just apply polish with no buff or file is very expensive.
Myer Knox has a real shortage of staff, there is never anyone around, especially in mens shoes. The staff that are working there are under pressure due to staff shortages. One the positive, they have some great sales and I picked up many bargains, pity they are so short staffed.
Great Food and very tasty, a little disappointing with the portions served as the prices are high and you leave the place a little hungry. The owner is friendly and looks after you.
Approximate cost: $25
Food is fine but service is terrible. The guy who works at the front on a Sunday night thinks he owns the place, he is rude and makes things difficult for you.
It is also hard to get a drink as there is no staff behind the bar and you need to flag one down.
Approximate cost: $20
The Manager of this venue is rude and does not care or listen to your needs. The gaming section is very bad, no snacks to eat, never anyone behind the bar to serve you and the prices of the drinks are a rip off compared to other venues in the area.
