I had newly moved to Narangba, and just picked the closest Vet to me to get annual immunizations done. Only a week later my dog had a terrible accident and broke her leg, snapping all the tendons that held the ankle joint in place. It was 2pm on a saturday, I called Dennis in a panic and he arranged to meet me at the surgery as soon as I could get there - I was a 20 minute drive away at the time. He was helpful, informative and soothing, and referred us to a specialist for surgery very quickly once the best course of action was determined. Every visit, all the staff were wonderful, and I wouldn't take our girl anywhere else unless we physically couldn't get there.
