Look, I won't say I enjoy every single minute of being here, but you're not supposed to. I do, however, love training with Claire and the B East Crossfit crew. Was completely bored with the 'traditional' gym and was looking for something a bit different. After the initial taster session I was hooked and have been training here for about four months. The best aspects: the personal challenges, the way Claire and the other trainers explain everything and keep a close watch to make sure no one is going to hurt themselves, the increase in my own strength, the support from other Xfitters. The worst bit: the workouts are often hard (but they're also scaled so anyone can do them, including me and I was far from fit when I started).
