I have been using this company for 12 years on a weekly basis and have recommended them to many friends and family over the years, they recently started to do my mother who is suffering from cancer and they have been VERY understanding and helpful in working with her changes due to chemo which is why I have looked for a way to thank them publicly in appreciation during a hard time. I have been dealing with the same owners for at least 12 years, and they are they the same they have always been, highly professional and reliable, which is why they have been in business so long and seem to be the agency with the most reliable cleaners as I have referred many friends/family who had little success elsewhere. So talk of change of ownership is definitely untrue, I am in business myself and know what lengths unreasonable clients can twist things to when they have done the wrong or dishonest thing.
