I jarred my back whilst walking my dog Ed because he use to pull so hard. I also had absolutely no control over him. In the end I refused to take him out anymore. Then I met Michael. I can now walk Ed holding onto his lead with my little finger. Walking him is now both of our favourite part of the day. I cannot believe he is the same dog. The result was so fast and is sensational. I cannot thank the team enough.
