I don't know whether to say their service is good or bad. I haven't actually leased through Castran Gilbert however had applied and initially, was optimistic on the whole customer service process. Email and text acknowledgement of application was received, along with notification that we would be kept updated by both methods during the process...as a tenant, this was initially appealing, as though we had encountered the dream real estate agent who at least understood that information, even negative, was important. Unfortunately, that was the last contact received....after that, zip, zilch, nada until we worked out the property was leased out elsewhere on our own and requested confirmation from them. It did make us wonder, how the communication would have been if we had leased the property but guess we will never know.
