Clean, cheerful, with pleasant approachable staff. The relatively small size is actually an advantage in my view, and I have never had any problem getting on the machines or weights I wanted. Good blend of up-to-date machines and free weights. The kind of gym where you feel quite relaxed about chatting with other users.
