I am currently studying with Cengage. Overall the level of customer service is very good. I have not had any problems with them so far. The only area for improvement I can see is in relation to course costs which are extremely pricey, however you pay the extra for the convenience of studying at your own pace in your own time, which suits me perfectly.

What a fabulous indoor play centre. I took my 2 children there recently for a birthday party. I was really impressed by the facilities, there is heaps to do for both toddlers and older children, lots of slides and the like. My kids had a fabulous time there. The staff are very helpful and friendly and I will definitely be back!! It is one of the best play centre's we've been to so far.

Kings Frankston are fabulous. My son has been having swimming lessons there for 8 months now and his confidence in the water has increased dramatically due to the wonderful staff at the centre. They a re extremely friendly, approachable and very helpful. the facilities are excellent and the lessons are good value for money. I cannot fault them!!

I recently cancelled my membership with AHM due to overly bad customer service. I had been a member previously and found the level of service to be second to none. They were fabulous. However, I had problem after problem with them this time around and had no other option but to cancel the policy & go elsewhere.

Geos is a fantastic cafe. The staff are lovely, always friendly and the atmosphere is great. The prices are reasonable and the food is really good, my kids especially love their toasted sandwiches. We have been customers of Geos since they opened and would recommend them to anyone.

I took my 2yo son there for the first time today and we had a great time. The centre was clean, reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. My son loved the toddler areas and I was impressed by the fact that you can see your child playing anywhere in the centre. The cafe looks great too I 'll try that next time! We will drefinitlely be back!
