At first I was worried, but after meeting Claire and Ian and seeing how much they help you progress and grow I now love the box (gym) to the point of trying to attend as many classes as possible in a week. The best part is that you're part of an awesome community who is there along with you supporting you, pushing you and feeling the pain as you strive to finish the workout of the day. I still remember my first class when another member edged me on to finish and not give up. So go on and give it a shot because you will feel awesome and achieve things you never thought possible!
