I booked a flight at very late notice and got a deal that was more than half the price offered by Virgin or Qantas for the same route, day & time - So value was exceptional, especially at late notice. Checkin was ok - no hassles - being 45mins before takeoff rather than 30 is a small price to pay. Flight was perfect - no bells and whistles - but definitely on time. My experience was definitely a positive one.

I used WOMOW as my guide because we'd never used a dog wash in Melbourne. Tracy was very professional and friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. No wasted water or time - Tracy was efficient and focussed on the job (and keeping our little dog happy).

Helen's Hill is perfect for many occasions or just a lazy Sunday lunch. The location is gorgeous and the restaurant and cellar are newly refurbished with lots of natural light and beautiful timber. The service, food and wine were all fantastic and we'll definitely be going back.

I have been to this salon (formerly Sonia's) a number of times over the past year and I continue to be impressed with the high level of service and friendly staff. Prices are more than reasonable, facilities are great and staff are great at what they do.

We chose to go to Santorini because they were in the Entertainment book and we thought we'd give them a go (as well as use the discount voucher). The place is ok - the food just ok- service alright - but what was really disappointing was that they chose not to honour our voucher which according to all terms and conditions was valid - they said they were just electing not to honour it - strange behaviour and false advertising.

Fantastic facilities and service at a very reasonable price. There is always something new happening and the centre really tries to make people feel welcome. definitley a community based gym (unlike Fitness First). Staff are keen to assist and are always available. Great pool, gym and facilities - a real star!!

We have tried these drycleaners a number of times as they are our closest. What really bugs us is that they are never consistent with their pricing and in comparison to other drycleaners we have used they are pretty expensive. They also seem to always be rushed and not really interested in the customer (except their money). The drycleaning itself is average - one of my casual jackets came back with new stains and a ticket saying that they couldn't remove them - but they were obviously caused by some sort of bleach type product (ie the new spots were pink on my grey jacket ?!!). Poor service and high prices - not our choice anymore.

Arcadia consistently provides ouststanding food and service. Fantastic menu and inviting atmosphere. Always welcoming and cosy interior. Our absolute favourite restaurant in the Ascot Vale area (and also the favourite of most of our friends). Bookings are a good idea. Breakfasts are great and dinners are excellent.

LOMAH feels like a family friend - Its comfy but stylish and very welcoming. The menu is always solid with plenty of choice for everyone. Coffees and Hot chocs are great as are the breakfasts. Value is top notch. LOMAH also cares about the community - local and abroad - involved in all sorts of community and aid initiatives - but with a modern approach.

Consistently good service at a reasonable price. Staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. Booking should be made in advance as I think the word has spread! I have visited more than 6 times now for a variety of services - cut, colour, upstyles etc - all have been great.
