Delicious burgers. The only thing that I could find to complain about the other day was the salad and sauce being too cold from being straight out of the fridge (which made the hot part of the burger a bit cold), but it was still delicious. I love that they make a donation to worthwhile charities through their bottletop scheme.

Used to use Global Test Market quite a bit (and received one $50 cheque). I continue to receive quite a few surveys from them, but a lot of them now seem to be only to redeem competition entry points rather than redemption points, so it doesn't seem to be very good value anymore compared to a lot of the other loyalty programs.

I have been using the Canberra Entertainment Book as a fundraising product for the past couple of years for local educational organisations - and it is great value for the fundraising organisation as well as the buyers. When the book is released, you get to attend a launch party (where you receive a free book for your own use) with many prizes to be won. Prizes are also available for selling a certain number of books in any given month. $11 from each book goes back to the fundraising organisation - and it is an easy sell as the book is so great.

More personally, I am loving the 5% off my groceries and fuel by pre-purchasing Coles and Wish gift cards on the Entertainment Book website - and they have great accommodation offers too, which are even cheaper than other cheap accomodation sites on the web. So easy to get your money's worth.

Have recently signed up to Red Galah (a couple of months ago) and was very enthusiastic about it, but so far I am yet to receive any surveys or offers. I did win a small product test in one of the their competitions, but haven't heard anything else. Maybe I am not in the right demographic?

This review is for Sorrento Beach Resort, Sorrento WA

We stayed at the Sorrento Beach Resort in November 2011 with our 3 year and 2 month old. The location was amazing, walking distance to the Hillarys Marina and right across the road from the beach. Because we were in one of the family apartments, we didn't have waterviews, but some of the smaller apartments did. Resort had a small swimming pool, spa and sauna, which were clean and well maintained. The rooms were generally the same, although looking a little tired. Washing machine and clothes line available in apartment, which is great for travelling with little ones. Unfortunately, there was no way to secure the front door against children opening it from the inside, which our 3 year old did on one occasion - we ended up putting a coffee table against the inside of the door so that she couldn't escape. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay, and reasonably priced compared to other complexes in the area.

Wombats is an educational program for 3-4 year olds who are too young for preschool. Children can attend up to three half days a week. My daughter attended last year on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I found it to be a great preparation for preschool this year - especially since my daughter had never attended child care. The staff are friendly and very responsive to the kids - you couldn't be leaving them in better hands. Very impressed! Enrolments start in July if you are interested for next year.

Excellent butter chicken, great pappadums, ordinary naan. They only EPTOS for $20 and over, so make sure that you have cash if you are only ordering small. Luckily for me, they were prepared to discount my order by 90 cents (me giving them all of the cash that I had in my wallet).

This review is for Envy Beauty Therapy, Gungahlin ACT

Received a $200 gift voucher to Envy from hubby for Christmas, finally got around to using it in early June. I opted for a warm marine facial and hot rock massage. The facial was wonderful and cosy for a cold winter's day (with beautiful smelling products), but the hot rock massage was disappointing compared to ones that I have had in the past. Although I paid extra for a hot rock massage, as opposed to a regular one, the rocks barely touched my skin. I had a feeling that the therapist perhaps hadn't done a hot rock massage before and therefore didn't know what they were meant to be like. However, it was still very pleasant, and a comparative price to other salons.

Best fish and chips ever! I have had takeaway fish and chips from this restaurant dozens of times (the takeaway runs from a hole in the wall at the side of the restaurant) and the food is consistently of a very high quality. We eat fish and chips from here at least once per trip to Bermagui and have recommended it to many of our family and friends. The chips are by far the best that I have ever tasted, crisp on the outside, soft and smooth in the middle. Yum, I am drooling just thinking about it.

A relative newcomer to the play centre scene in Canberra, Let's Play is bright and spacious with plenty of natural light. A great change from some of the other play centres in the area. My little girl had her 4th birthday party here in March and she loved it. They have several painted themed party rooms and party packages to choose from.
