The Diner is as its name suggests, an American style diner. On the menu you'll find American style Hamburgers with fries, a selection of 'dogs', chicken wings, ribs, milshakes, spiders.. All the good gear you see on American TV that will eventually give you heart disease.

We were away on a little break from the city and didn't mind the idea of going to American style diner. The food was terrible - 1/10. We ordered the '1 Pound of chicken wings' for entree, they were disgusting, and having travelled to American restaurants, these were the worst I've ever had. I then had a chilli dog for Main, which wasn't great but also not too bad (just very processed), and my girlfriend ordered the Clam Chowder - which had NO TASTE whatsoever, and was TINY.

Maybe we needed to order the Hamburgers, although they didn't look great either.

Service was good however. The girl was waiting 10 tables by herself but seemed to know what she was doing.

Not recommended.

Conflict Resolution Training & Consulting are the best. We got trained a few years ago with these guys as a part of our upskilling and training program.

Basically what they do is teach you all these tips and techniques on what to do is someone comes into your workplace acting hostile and confronting you. It's so interesting all the things you learn.

We went through 3 role plays with actors with different situations and had to remember all the things we learnt in class and things to say to calm people down..

It's effective in real life too!!!!

This review is been made on behalf of my girlfriend who is sitting next to me -

"I have been coming to see Suzi for years - she has the best hair extensions in Melbourne and I urge anyone who is considering getting extensions to get in contact with Suzi and her team - they are extremely professional & very friendly. A full head of hair cost $350 too which is cheap!!!"

No.

It's alright to say 'I like the concept of this place'. The concept is great, but the food and service is terrible.

I waited 30MINUTES to get a takeaway roast when the place was nearly empty! The old man carving the meat was more concerned with having a chat with customers than serving food, and the nice French lady at the counter was fluffing around - both of them acted like they didn't care about the customer.

They claim to have 'The best Crackling in Australia', they might be right. It was the saving grace - the rest of the food was average at best. And overpriced for what you get.

I will never come back here again

This review is for Bay City Burrito - Mexican Restaurant, Hawthorn East VIC

Very good but i'm not sure it's 5 star worthy... I had there mamouth burrito and jeepers was it filling. My girlfriend had a normal sized one and couldn't finish it.

I like this place, it's on of the best mexican restaurants in Melbourne (not better the Fonda), and I will keep coming here.. But it's not full Mexican style and it's typically Australian taste Mexican food.

Still very good though!!!

We did a renovation in Highton and need a heap of new downlights fitted and a whole system put in place for our cinema room - home automation stuff and a re-wire.. All in all I found this business extremely efficient and good to work with. We've had some troubles with tradies in the past, but these guys were great.

A+ Jon at Linea Rossa is quite possible one of the best Mechanics in Melbourne. Took my car in for a service a while back, saw he was a brake specialist and brake repairs - well he was as honest as they come - ended up being nothing wrong with the brakes, said the pads didn't need to be changes for about 6-12Months - also informed me that my timing belt was chained so no need to ever change in the Honda woohoo. In the end it was just the service and he chucked in a few bits and pieces comp - legend. Definitely coming back to this place, might even use him to try and source a replacement mirror as mine just got swiped by a bike rider.

Anyway - service 10/10, price 10/10, overall 10/10. Good work Linea Rossa

Good range of Equipment and big gym, but this place gets PACKED from 5-7pm.. Do not bother if you plan on training during these hours, you'll never get a bit of equipment unless you plan on waiting 1 hour.

I trained in the morning there and that wasn't too bad, apart from a lot of the PTs wanting to take up most of the space on the floor. Some cool PTs and some really really bad ones who don't seem to know what they are doing

Pros - Good equipment, ample space if you go at the right time (after 9am before 5pm)
Cons - A bit more pricey than most, only some friendly staff, BUSY during peak times, bad PTs

Approximate cost: $80pm
