I have boarded my dogs and cats here a couple of time and cannot thank them enough for the care that was given. I was especially impressed that the dogs were bathed before coming home, even if the dogs weren't! Our final boarding experience was when we were relocating to Perth and the kennels were brilliant with communicating with me every step of the way as our pets stayed with them and flew after us. Rates are very reasonable too. Many thanks to all who looked after our gang. Highly recommend.

Paul did a great job with our carpets and was very thorough explaining what he thought was the best treatments before starting. He was very professional and I would recommend him.

I was looking for handmade wedding invitations and Mary has a large selection which you can choose from or work on ideas of your own. Mary was fantastic help and makes beautiful cards at a reasonable cost. Her service was fast and efficient and Mary is a lovely person.

Adam cuts my hair and has always listened to my ideas and also given honest input. He is very creative. All the staff are friendly and I recommend them, Biba, to my friends. They also have salons throughout Melbourne.

Had a tattoo done by Malika. She was brilliant. Sketched out my idea and talked about colours and positioning on my arm. This is my third tattoo and by far the best. Will return for my next one without a doubt.

Since moving to the area just over a year ago, this has become a favourite place to eat. We've tried other restaurants but always come back to this one. Never had a bad meal and the staff are always excellent.

I took my 9year old daughter on one of their trips and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. All the staff were brilliant and took great care of my daughter in the water as she was little wary to start with - she was soon like a little mermaid and quite happy to swim with the seals that we visited. We then visited a marine sanctuary which she also thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately there were only a couple of dolphins that day and they weren't very playful but we were in no way disappointed with the trip as just seeing the dolphins was wonderful. It was fantastic swimming with the seals as this wasn't something we'd thought about. Have recommended to all I know.
