Great new Indian Restaurant in Isaacs. Only been open a couple of weeks when we went. the food was lovely and the service very good. Portions were a good size too. They do free local home delivery (min order $30). They are BYO. Loved the decor of the restaurant too. Looking forward to going back soon.

Belle La Vie is my regular salon. It is great salon offering lovely services. Sonia (the owner) and Ashley are terrific. Try of of their massages - heaven.

Love, love, love this hotel. Can't believe I didn't let everyone know before now! Had a meeting there when they first opened. It is a really funky place, definitely 'not the Canberra we all know'. From the minute you walk through the door you will see just how different it is. First the bar, with its amazing range of drinks, someone said 100+ gins alone! They also have an amazing coffee shop / deli. If you are a guest you can even cater for yourself from there. Mmmm kangaroo procuttio and salted caramel. The function rooms are really different, each with its own theme. Did I mention the guest rooms, with Nespress machines! They even have a childrens guest room with computer gaming stations and a childrens mini-bar. It really is different. You have to check it out!

I have had 2 lots of surgery here, both done by Dr Michael Lawless. He did cataract surgery in both eyes about 7 years ago, and recently did a bit of 'touch up' laser work. I cannot recommend Dr Lawless, and the Vision Eye Institute enough. They are fantastic. I was initially recommended by an Eye surgeon in Canberra who said that he wouldn't send me anywhere else. I have recommended them to many people.

Spent a night in Bathurst over the weekend and decided to have Thai for dinner. We stopped off at Thai Budda and had what was seriously one of the most delicious Thai meals we have had in a very long time. The food was incredibly fresh, full of flavour and really well priced. The menu is extensive and even had my all time favourite on it - soft shell crab. It was amazing, as were the lime and coconut prawns! The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

This is not a fine dining restaurant, more a very relaxed family affair, with a large amount of take-away business too. They were busy the entire time we were there, mainly with take-away, but also with a few tables.

Would definitely have been back there again for dinner if we had been staying another night. They are opening up in Canberra too - can't wait for that.

Delicious! Food is imaginative and interesting with really delicious flavours and good sized portions. Really enjoyed it. Bookings are essential - its a really popular place. Ask for a table away from the door though.

A lovely find at Curtin shops. The restaurant specialises in delicious Nepalese food, they also have dishes from India. The flavours were amazing and not too spicy.

The menu is great for anyone with a dietary issue as each dish has the various dietary symbols listed (eg GF, V). It makes it really easy for ordering.

Really looking forward to our next visit.

WOW! Worth going to, again and again. Went there as part of a group and had the degustation. It was absolutely gorgeous. The food was incredibly tasty, the service was great and a good night was had by all. The wine list is very good too. Looking forward to my next visit. Only problem is, do we go degustation or order from the menu! Decisions, decisions.

Amazing food. The flavours are fantastic. It's great for a quick dinner, or if you are lucky enough to be there when the owner is on, you will be treated to a special act. You can also dine outside - ideal for warm sunny evenings.

Booked a work lunch there at the recommendation of a colleague. She said that the food was delicious, she was right, she said that it was great value for money - right again. What she didn't say was how huge the portions are, or how fresh everything is. The baby snapper hadn't arrived at 10am, but was there at 12 in time for our lunch. Can't get fresher than that. 12 of us dined there and enjoyed it so much that we are all planning on other events there in the next few weeks.

The owner and chef of this family business is ex one of the 5-star hotels!

Definitely worth making a booking. You won't be disappointed.
