I am new to this salon after being recommended by a friend who has been a client at Jaggers for quite a few years. I found the whole process of booking an appointment very professional and even though I was flexible about when I wanted to visit, I was offered to be placed on the cancellation list for the original date I wanted even after securing an appointment for the next day which was very impressive! Upon arriving I was greeted and seated promptly by one girl and was offered a tea/coffee. It didn't take long for my stylist to greet me and discuss what we were doing with my hair. I was so happy with my hair and my experience at Jaggers Hair and Beauty and I will most definitely be back without a doubt! I especially loved the follow up phone call a few days later - definitely an experience like no other!
