Whilst there are several pharmacies closer to where I live, I always prefer to go to Gregs. The reason being is that the staff are always friendly, professional and properly trained. Their advice has always been helpful and accurate.

Store is always well stocked and prices good.

It always seems hot or warm in this store - ok in winter but in summer or even autumn some days it really isnt pleasant.

I find this store to be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the range is great and there are plenty of appealing items, other times I wonder how alot of it could even make the shelves.

Some really cute kids clothing available most of the time, and quite a good range.

Customer service isnt the greatest sometimes, although when ques start to form at the checkouts they are usually pretty quick to call for an extra staff member.

Of the things I have bought, the kids and teen items have lasted really well, apart from some AFL pj's that wore super quickly. They were an official product though, not a best and less brand.

Ladies clothing I have purchased has been very reasonably priced and in the past has lasted well.

Ample parking around this side of the shopping centre. Convenient location.

We have been here to dine a few times, both on busy nights/afternoons and quieter nights. I have also dined here with just myself and my partner, but also with larger groups.

I always enjoy my food, as do the people that dine with me. I love the menu. I have found all the meals I have eaten here to be of good quality, very substantial and well priced.

I also like that there is room around the tables, you arent knocking the persons chair behind you if you have to get up.

Service has been average - good, nothing really to complain about, although a couple of times it would have been nice if the staff were a little more attentive and friendly.

The eating and bar areas always appear to be clean, as have been the ladies toilets on the days I have used them!

I am quite happy to go keep going back here.

Always fresh products. Always! Cold cuts are cut as you ask for them. Always high quality and very fresh. Service is always very friendly, even when really busy. Staff well presented. Shop and fittings etc are clean and tidy every time I go in there (approx 1-2 times a week).

I never bought cold meats again after buying from here and I never will. Really love the quality of products and service of this business.

Exceptional service.
Well set out menu, easy to read and go to the sections that take your fancy without having to read through lists of items.
Noisy, but not so much that it bothered us - it was happy noise!
We had one serve of Bruschetta for entree. Looked very appetising. It was nice, I found the bbq type sauce on it was a little overpowering. Little tomato in the bruschetta mix. At $13.25 for 2 pieces it was overpriced.

Really delicious garlic sauce with the main! I loved that it came out in a small single serve jug and I could taste the steak first before I poured the sauce all over it. Salad was fresh but there wasnt too much of it, a tablespoon or two of coleslaw which was average. Quite a watery type dressing, rather than a creamy style dressing. Garden salad was fresh, had the standard pub like balsamic type dressing on it. Chips hot and decent amount. Steak - nice flavour, cooked exactly as requested. Was nice but can get the same/nicer quality steak at lots of other pubs/cafes etc for about $10 less (plus it was $2.95 extra for the sauce). Was not overly fussed with the quality. It was just 'nice.'
Other main was steak and ribs. Steak, again, was ok. Ribs the same, a nice average. Quantity of the steak and ribs meal was good for a guy.
Drinks cold and came out quickly. Food came out in good time.

Cost/invoice:
2x wild turkey $18.00
2x Vodka Cruiser $18.00
1x Bruschetta $13.25
1x Steak and Ribs $42.95 (300g rump and 4/5 pork ribs)
1x mushroom sauce
1x Travellers Special $32.95 (250g 100 day grain fed porterhouse)
1x garlic sauce $2.95

$131.05 total for 2 people with 2 drinks each and a shared entree.

Summary: Really great service, average steak/food, wouldnt pay those prices for that quality of steak again.

Approximate cost: $20-$40

House minus bedrooms inc lounge of commercial grade lino ordered and laid.
Ordered and paid deposit in early November of 2013, stock arrived April 2014.
No stock was available when we ordered it, however it wasnt a problem for an order to be placed, we were told 6-8 weeks. 8 weeks on confirmation as there was no stock in Australia.

Called Trevors Carpets Gosnells after 8 weeks and was informed of delay. Now due end of February 2014.
Called again 10th of March, another delay due to bad weather, estimated arrival of stock now end of March.
stock arrived in Australia mid April.
Arrangements were made for installation to go ahead on the 5th of May.

Note: Durning a call about the delay, the man told me that he "needed to come out again and check something." He never did, and I wondered upon reflection if that played a part in the accuracy of the measurements and way the lino was cut and installed as the installer mentioned to me that most rolls were 4m and this one was only 3.66m.

Installation went ahead, we noticed that there were distinct shiny lines at the joins and where the new lino met our existing bedroom lino, there was an obvious lip. I would like to be able to show a photo, however this review website does not have that function. We were also unsure of the number of joins, for example there are 4 joins in our less than 6 metre hallway.
I called the store on the 6/5 just after lunch and mentioned the above and the man (name witheld) said he will call me back. At 3pm the same man called back and said the person who quoted wasnt in today and that he would get him (name witheld) to call me tomorrow (being 7/5). I would have thought he would have noticed that his collegue wasnt there. I've only ever seen the two of them or on or the other there.

As it was just before lunchtime the following day and I hadnt heard back, I called the store again. The man who I was awaiting a call from answered the phone. The impression I got was a little blazé. I mentioned 6 points I was either concerned or had questions about. I guess having our money already (we paid cash), he with didnt seem too concerned. I asked if he wanted to come and have a look, he said no, he didnt need to, he would submit the paperwork and then someone would ring me to arrange for someone else to come and look at the floor. I asked if someone would call today, he said no, it would probably be 2 or 3 days until I got a call. Needless to say by this point I wasnt too happy about it.

To my surprise I got a call from T at Osborne Park (head office) the following afternoon. He was very well spoken and polite and answered a couple of questions I had quit happily. Unfortunately the earliest someone wold be 'in my area' to inspect the floor was the 15th of May, a week later. Also meant I had to take time off work. Not convenient being a business owner.

The inspection was booked in for between 8.30 and 10.30 on the 15th.
A one week wait for a 5 minute visit. The Trevors Carpet employee called ahead at 9.20am and said he is 15 minutes away. He arrived and left before 9.45am. The man that came to inspect the floor lthough not there long, was very well presented, polite and arrived within the time specified.
He pretty much said that it was normal for the sealer to be visible and that it will wear down with time. It looks much worse at night than during the day, unfortunately he cant come at night. In regards to all the joins, he said if the installer had laid it that way, then it would have been the best way. Makes sense I guess, unless of course a mistake had been made by the installer and it was cut in the wrong place(s) and it was the only option left.
In regard to the join not matching up, he said that it is well bonded so it should be fine and that there is a 12 month warranty on installation. I'd want to hope it lasts longer than that seeing as the previous lino was cheap and lasted 20 years, we only changed it due to re-decorating.
I asked about a termination strip (as other rooms done by another company had put one in in another area of the house) and he said then there will be a bump there because the strip is a bump. I replied that I was torn because there is a lip on the join and it looks unfinished.

No further action taken.

Service was always polite, the product or similar is available from other retailers. I have 2 more rentals to do, Im glad I didnt book Trevors Carpets to do them as well. Such a long wait for the product and a weeks wait for a quick 5 minute check of the work was pretty excessive.
