Very helpful staff, rang up to find out about the new fish room. I went to see it in person and they didn't have what I was looking for so the owner took the time to find out about what I wanted and ordered in Pearlscales for me and said they would be arriving on Wednesday.

So I went back today and there were the pearlscales :) The lady was very helpful trying to get them to come to the top of the tank so we could see them (because as soon as we wanted to get a better look at them they went to the bottom where they coudn't be seen) She very patiently explained what each looked like so we could decide if we wanted any. I ended up getting 3 of the 10 they had and 5 balloon mollies.

The owner remembered me and was very chatty about the pearlscales and was glad to see me back again. Staff made my aunt and I feel like valued customers and gave great service and advice plus the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be going back again.

Gave me a very competitive price on my laptop and put in a fair few extras as well.

The had a great sale on 2 fantails for $4 so stocked up on about 20 of them :) They also discussed the pro and cons of two very similar air pumps and made recommendations on the information we gave them about our tank.

They aren't just knowledgeable about fish though they helped me decided on a hound house/birdie bunk for my lorikeet as the pet shop bird loved his so it would be the right size for my bird.

Staff were helpful and knew what we needed and were happy to take int account how much we wanted to spend

Staff were happy to answer our questions and make recommendations. Fish are reasonably priced and you can pick up so great bargains if you look around, we got 10kg of fish tank gravel for $17 as it was being discounted heavily and there was nothing wrong with it

Very friendly and helpful staff, was happy to provide advice on what I can and can't keep in my tank as well as how to decrease my tiger barbs likelihood of nipping the pearlscales fins. He helped me pick a stunning moss green tiger barb as a companion :)

He recommended some fish for my aunt as they were individuals and he hadn't seen them before and thought that they would made a great addition to her tank.

While looking for pearlscales by ringing around he ordered some in for me even though I only wanted 2 or 3 and was happy to ring back when they arrived.

Have a great range of fish tropical, a few marine and coldwater. the shop looks nice is has almost anything you could think of for your fish tank needs.

However some of their prices are very steep $31.95 for a small pearlscale when you can get one three times bigger from elsewhere for $27. But for normal goldfish the prices are far more reasonable.

Stocks a wide range of fancy goldfish all the time and is happy to take time to answer you questions and give any information you need. Decent price on most of the fancy goldfish and the fish are of a high quality.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about both tropical and coldwater fish and has another up the road further dedicated to reptiles and marine

Very helpful staff, my boyfriend and I went there to get my Valentine's day present and they made us feel welcome. they let me try on the bracelet I wanted and gave us a big discount on it when we bought it. Very happy

Staff are very friendly giving my boyfriend and I a sample because we hadn't tried the pretzels before. Highly recommend the vanilla cinnamon and plain cinnamon one which are my two favourites, they are good hot or cold. Went back several times in a few weeks and got a VIP card.
