Never had a hydraulic system before so we needed a company that we could trust to inform us on what we needed for our house. I'm so glad I found hydraulic heating systems, straight away I felt very comfortable speaking with Mark over the phone, he's knowledge and experience shone through. He arranged for Robert to meet at our house and he was right on time, great start, our house is solid brick high ceilings no room under the floor to crawl through so I knew it wouldn't be easy, didn't seem to worry Robert at all,it would be no problem,he said we do this sort of thing all the time. I had an old plan of the house that I gave him and we proceeded to walk around and quickly decided what size radiators we would need to heat the house sufficiently and which boiler was needed to make it all work. Decided on nine radiators in eight different rooms. It was nowhere near as hard as I thought it would be,Robert is a real Down to earth type guy Got along very well with him. He said he would take all the information too Mark and they would work out a quote and send it to me via e-mail.

Received the quote A couple of days later and it was very competitive, decided to go ahead with the job arrange a date. All went exactly to plan Robert met the tradesmen on the arranged date,Luke and his offsider Pete were brilliant,cleaned up as they went and were great tradesmen,was all in a couple of days. All the old ducted heating system was all taken out and all put neatly onto the front yard.All got picked up by Robert and taken away,fantastic. Robert also went through and serviced the system with me and just double checked everything,Great service.

My wife and daughter went away for a couple of days to miss all the action at the house. And besides all the cutting of the floor boards pulling up carpet moving furniture. She could not tell the difference when she arrived back apart from having a new heating system and radiators in each room she could not believe it. She thought the house would be a mess. Haven't had A lot of cold weather yet but already can feel a big difference in comfort level with the hydraulic system. Much better than the ducted system.
