Good sushi with cheap prices. Always busy with customers. Would definitely recommend for a quick lunch or dinner, with little fuss.

Always a crowded joint. Like the steam pork dumplings, the pan-fried pork buns, handmade fried noodles and beef noodles to name a view. Service is average, price a little high for the quantity.

Complex and creative food. Excellent wines to accompany every dish on the menu. Great venue for a business dinner or for friends looking for a indulgent night out with great food/wines.

Paid patronage to this joint twice and both times - have not been disappointed. Very close to genuine Malaysian food - tried the laksa, nasi lemak, char kway teow just to name a few favourites. Plenty of parking available along Willoughby Road and around the corner. They are open for lunch and dinner, as well as a lunch specials menu for the busy officer worker. If one is after the Otak (which is only on the main menu in the restaurant and not available online) - you will need to call them 2 hours before specified collection time so they can make it fresh per order.

Approximate cost: $15.0

Decently priced yum cha place with good variety and good tasting dim sums. Gets really busy on weekends and public holidays. Only issue might be language barriers for non-mandarin or cantonese speaking patrons. However, it's not difficult to get the wait staff to show you what's in their trolleys if communication fails.
They are open for dinner as well.

Great food, wonderful cakes and coffee. Cakes (they are famous for their Totoro character swiss roll in Sesame and Matcha flavours) are limited in quantity and gets sold out by 10:30-11am everyday. Beautiful fresh flowers are available for sale at the cafe as well.
Place gets really packed on Saturdays and Sundays by 9:30am. So be there early or you will be in for a long queue to get a table.

Uber cool cafe, with access to a cycle repair shop for bicycle riders and for non-riders - great place to hang out as well. Decent variety on offer in the breakfast and lunch menus for a quick pick-up and go or a sit-in. Great coffee as well.

This thai place puts up authentic traditional thai as well as thai-chinese dishes made with fresh ingredients, herbs and full of flavours. Menu should have enough choices to suit all kinds categories of dietary requirements. Nifty place close to the Chatswood station, and plenty of seating spread across 2 levels.

Great lunch specials at reasonable prices as well for the busy workers around the area.

Approximate cost: $15
