beautiful place to have a dinner!!!! i normally concentrate on the desserts so for me, a good place to have a buffet must have a nice desserts...this one does it for me...they have a vast majority of different types of desserts to choose from but for the amount you pay...the main coarse is not all that worth it though...that that price i would rather go to a seafood based buffet restaurant. but overall...it is a classy place, so you are also paying for the atmopshere an environment

its good value for money and has pretty nice food there, but the environment is quite dissatisfying for me..looks like it hasnt changed for many years in other worlds, old. but overall good to have a quick and easy meal there.

this place is pretty good, been there a couple of times, the quantity in food is more than the ones in the city, thats it looks like its becuase they make there own noodles and pastry..so it lowers their cost..therefore lowers the price in food. so good value for money in the end.

hell good! i went there for my friends birthday party. the food was fresh, environment was good. service was good but the wait was a little bit long...but worth all the wait.

this place is awesome, food looks good, tasty and served well. very authentic. but expensive lol....so think about going there or not if you are extremely hungry...gonna cost ya alot.

the last time i went the service was soooo slow!...it used to be very popular and the best...but ever since other stores have come out..this one is just purley bad compared to the others. and also more expensive.

yeh, this is pretty much the most popular viet restaurant in Perth. they serve fast and tasty food...but ive noticed that the prices of their food have gone up and the quantity also dropped a bit...but thats whats happening to all restuarants rite? so yeh its a good restuarant.

the service was fast and the food is fresh...but prices are a bit higher than other places though. (DIM SIM)

now for the seafood bufffet-its great! you get free bear...and heapsa seafood...except the super expensive ones like lobster and abalone. overall a good place to hang out for dinner
