I have been taking my pet cockatiel Ollie (Olivia) to see Dr Phil for the past 11 years. He has saved his/her life many times and has always taken special care of my beautiful bird. Ollie was recently found to be a female after many years of thinking he was a male. He recently suffered egg yolk peritionitis and had 15mls of fluid drained then after an implant, he has fully recovered. I highly recommend Dr Phil, and all his friendly, helpful staff.
