Mothers Day breakfast 2017:
Poorly organised, overbooked, no communication regarding wait times. Trying to take chairs from tables where there were obviously people sitting still to reorganize for the people they were still trying to cram in. 30 minute wait to order, 80 minutes waiting for food which never came. No excuse or reason given. Another table had been waiting over 2 hours with no communication from staff. Absolutely amateur and shows they are not prepared for more than a few people wanting a coffee.
